Golden Bees has developed an online recruitment support service allowing users to view job or training offers while browsing the web instead of doing so on the usual job boards. Golden Bees works with companies looking to hire new employees, or with job or training advertisement websites, to redirect online users to these websites and to advertisements, which may be relevant to their job search.. The goal is therefore to display job or training offers relevant to the user's profile. To do so, Golden Bees uses tracking technology to collect information through a cookie placed on the user's browser. This tracker takes the form of a technical identifier. This tracker is placed while browsing the websites of companies using the Golden Bees service or via the Golden Bees websites. This tracker can also be placed when the user comes across a job advertisement or training for a company on the Internet, using the service of Golden Bees. Golden Bees guarantees the respect for the privacy of its users. The objective of this document is to present the rules governing the data processing, which is collected as part of the services offered by Golden Bees but also the processing carried out on the website www.goldenbees.io This privacy policy only concerns data collected through Golden Bees cookies. It does not apply to the collection or processing of other data by third parties, including by partner websites, which have their own confidentiality policy that they must bring to the attention of users, in the event of data processing.

I – Definitions

« Cookie »: A cookie is information which is placed on the hard drive of an online user by the website server last visited. It contains several data: the name of the server which deposits it, a unique number as an identifier, an expiration date (twelve months for Golden Bees cookies). This information is stored on the computer in a simple text file, which a server may access to read and save information.

  • « Intermediaries»: refers to the organizations to which Golden Bees entrusts the search for the most relevant locations, in order to display job or training offers based on user profiles. These partners do so to comply with the legal rules regarding privacy and data protection.

  • «Golden Bees Website» : refers to the Golden Bees websites which can be accessed through: URL www.goldenbees.io and www.wan2bee.fr.

  • « Partner Website »: refers to the websites, customers of Golden Bees, through which the Golden Bees cookie is deposited. Partner sites mostly belong to companies looking for employees or websites with job or training offers. Golden Bees and the Partner Websites are contractually bound and are jointly responsible for processing, while collecting user data and processing this data, during the recruitment campaign.

  • « Users »: refers to the natural persons who benefit from the service offered by Golden Bees, which means having a Golden Bees cookie on their computer.

II – Who is responsible for processing the information?

When the cookie is placed while visiting the Golden Bees Website, the latter is solely responsible for processing. When the Golden Bees cookie is placed while visiting a partner Website, Golden Bees is jointly responsible for processing the User's personal data with the publisher of this partner Website, in terms of data collection and the transmission phase. The Partner Website is then responsible for informing the User before depositing the Golden Bees cookie, mainly by providing a link to this privacy policy. Consent, if any, is collected by the Partner Website. In some rare cases, Golden Bees is only a subcontractor, the data collected via the cookie being used only in the name and on behalf of the partner Website, only as part of the recruitment campaign of this Customer.

III – What are the purposes and legal bases of the data processing?

How is the data processing carried out? The Golden Bees cookie placed on the User's computer makes it possible to collect data for the purpose of targeting in order to provide the User with adequate job or training ads that correspond to the user’s profile (center of interest, location,…). The purpose is therefore to display job or training offers instead of advertisements while the User is browsing the web, according to the User’s profile. To make sure that the job or training offers displayed are relevant, Golden Bees creates segmentations by User profile (location, job, etc.). Reports are also sent to Golden Bees customers so that they can keep track of the campaign carried out for them. This report only includes aggregated and fully anonymized data (number of clicks, etc.). The collected data helps improve the algorithm developed by Golden Bees. When Golden Bees is responsible for processing or co-responsible, the User may see job advertisements from various companies. When Golden Bees only works as a subcontractor, the User will only see employment or training offers from the Golden Bees partner, who is responsible for processing.

In all cases, the data is communicated to The Trade Desk, Facebook and Instagram in the form of a user segment, anonymly. The data will not be shared for purposes other than displaying job or training offers matching the User’s profile.

Bees. This time period is considered justified by Golden Bees, as it is the general time needed to look for a job.
